Just got back from my first meal there. We had the mushroom salad (no beef), the mullet and the fusion kimchi bossam. Absolutely delicious and very inventive.

Thanks for the article. Star Chef is just around the corner from work and I never even knew it was there. I visited at lunch today to see what it was like and spoke to Chef Kim. Will be booking for next week to sample the tangsuyuk and the XO samgyeopsal!
