They had our order perfectly timed from when we got a seat. This is without doubt some of the best ddeokpokki I have had in Korea. It WILL convert you...and spoil you at the same time. Lonely Planet, for example, doesn't differentiate the neighborhoods of Gwanghwamun, Insadong, Samcheongdong, or huge swathes of Jogno in their Seoul guidebook.
