Looks good except for all that fat on the duck meat… I guess I could cut that part off before making my sandwich, but I wish that they sold leaner cuts of meat at the store ㅠ.ㅠ

part of the joy of duck is that it isn’t lean at all . . . oh, for the rich fat of duck!

Every time I have smoked duck, I make sure to have some leftovers to make a DLT. Duck, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwiches.
Similar in taste to a BLT, but much better. MUCH better.
