One persistent problem facing home cooks looking to make many western foods in Korea is that fresh cheeses such as ricotta are not available in Korean grocery stores and even in specialty stores. The solution though is simpler than most people think, since many of these cheeses can be made at home without any special ingredients or equipment, as this video from Gourmet Magazine shows:

My question to you, Fatman, is where can I get cheesecloth in Seoul?

You can usually find cheesecloth at major markets like Lotte Mart, E-mart, and Homeplus, but if you don’t find it there check the restaurant supply stores in Dongdaemun or Namdaemun.

you can get cheese cloth everywhere . Koreans use it to make their fruit alcohol drinks such as bokbunjaju.
I make cheese all the time . I also like to make yogurt cheese
